Much like seemingly every other celebrity, Katy Perry is hanging out on a yacht in Europe. The only difference? She's fresh off a very public split from her ex, Orlando Bloom, so naturally everyone's reading into the vibes. And the vibes happen to be her hanging with a "mystery man" while yachting in a swimsuit. The Daily Mail has the pics this way, but for what it's worth, there's a pretty strong chance that what we're seeing here is this thing called... friendship!
Either way, these pap pics come just a few days after Katy and Orlando confirmed news of their split in a statement from their rep:
"Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting. They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect."
Meanwhile, sources literally won't stop talking about what went wrong in the relationship, and one recently told People that "Katy and Orlando have been suffering through the same problems that have plagued them for years. [They had] too much going on in their lives, which makes it hard to find time for each other and iron out disagreements. When they don't communicate properly, their relationship dips to a low level."
They added that the pair had "been living on an island of stress" and that "sometimes love isn't enough to keep two people with different styles and outlooks on how things are done [together]. It can overshadow the love."
