Love Island USA star Savannah "Vanna" Einerson appeared on The Viall Files podcast, where she addressed speculations around her cosmetic enhancements, which first began when she made her debut on the show as a Bombshell
Vanna, 21, confirmed that she's gotten work done on her lips and breasts, but not her chin and cheeks

Following her departure from season 7 of Love Island USA, Savannah "Vanna" Einerson, who made her debut as a Casa Amor Bombshell, appeared on The Viall Files podcast, where she opened up about the cosmetic enhancements she's gotten done and the emotional toll the speculations had on her well-being.
The 21-year-old Salt Lake City influencer said she "broke down crying" when she logged back into social media. During that time, fellow contestant Coco Watson "prayed over" her, which was a pivotal moment.

"It was just not what I was expecting to come back to at all," she said, adding that the rumors over her appearance brought up "new insecurities." She explained, "There were things that I never looked in the mirror and didn't like."
Vanna continued on, confirming that she has gotten work done on her lips and her breasts. "Most of the things" viewers had speculated about, including her cheeks and chin, have not been tweaked, she claimed.
"So I'm like, you guys are calling me out and saying that I fill in things that, like, you don't like, but I was born with it," she said, adding, "I feel like you get fake lips and they think everything on your face is fake."
She also addressed rumors that she'd been getting face filler since she was 14 and that her own mom was the one performing the enhancements. "I'm like, what are you, what are you guys talking about? You guys, my mom's a stay-at-home mom."
In addressing the hateful comments, Vanna said the reason she might've looked "overfilled" on screen was because she was "having an allergic reaction every single day" from the pillows in the villa. "My eyes were swollen, my whole face is swollen. That's why I looked overfilled."

Plastic surgery has also been talked about in relation to Vanna's fellow season 7 contestant Huda Mustafa, whose surgeon, Dr. Muhammet Dilber, revealed that the star underwent a rhinoplasty three months before appearing on Love Island USA.
Host Ariana Madix has also opened up about her cosmetic tweaks, revealing in a March episode of Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast that she's had Botox in her lips and underwent a laser treatment but hasn't gone near facial filler because she doesn't "have the structure to support it."
