Ozzy Osbourne is giving Axl Rose his flowers.
The Black Sabbath singer praised the Guns N' Roses rocker in an Instagram post Monday, June 7.
"My first time meeting Axl Rose, at my age you don't get to meet many legends, seriously an utter gentleman," Osbourne captioned his post. The sweet moment took place backstage at Osbourne's final concert with his band in Birmingham, England.
In an X post of his own, Rose wrote that the show was "extremely overwhelming," telling fans that he "MET OZZY!! (Crazy we'd never met b4!!) He was really great!! Was great to meet Sabbath!!"

Rose added that "was hard as I imagine for anyone to watch (Osbourne's) struggles while at the same time everyone was rooting for him n' massively respecting the challenges he took head on n' and HE DID IT!!!!"
The rock star has rarely been seen out since being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019 and amid other health struggles. Osbourne suffered from a spinal injury that same year, which has prevented him from touring. In 2023, he canceled U.K. and European tour dates because of his physical weakness following three operations and stem cell treatments.

Ozzy Osbourne makes special appearance at signing event amid health struggles
In May last year, he revealed that he was undergoing stem cell treatments after doctors discovered a tumor on his vertebrae, according to a radio interview clip.
Despite health struggles, the Rose/Osbourne meeting wasn't the only buzzy backstage fans that rocked the worlds of music fans.
After her dad's farewell show, the heavy metal icon's daughter and TV personality Kelly Osbourne, 40, revealed that she and her partner Sid Wilson of heavy metal band Slipknot are engaged.
The "Fashion Police" alum took to Instagram on Sunday, July 6, to share a video of Wilson getting down on one knee in a room full of people and in front of her dad and mom Sharon Osbourne.

In the clip, Wilson takes Kelly Osbourne's hand and tells her that he loves her "more than anything in the world," adding that "nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you."
As he takes out the ring, he says, "In front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?" She turns around and looks to be in shock. After she nods, the couple hugs as everyone in the room cheers.
